Welcome to the Breakthrough 5 Workshop and related offers (including the 30-Day Fix and Progress Pass). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you may access and use our programs, websites, and materials. By registering for or purchasing any of our offers, you agree to these Terms.

30-Day Fix – paid upgrade including digital resources and a complimentary physical undated weekly planner shipped to you.

Progress Pass – a 30-day container with private 1:1 accountability via Voxer during stated business hours.

Any bonuses as described at checkout.

3. Access & Delivery

Digital content is delivered electronically after sign-up or purchase.

Physical planners ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

You are responsible for ensuring your email and shipping details are accurate.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the content for your own personal or business purposes only.

Not share, resell, or distribute our materials without permission.

Participate respectfully in any live sessions or community spaces.

5. No Guarantees

While our content is designed to help you make progress toward your goals, we cannot guarantee any specific results or outcomes.

6. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via our chosen payment provider.

Refunds are only available according to our Refund Policy (see separate document).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and branding are owned by Alana Digital Media LLC. You may not reproduce or share them without written consent.

8. Termination

We may revoke your access without refund if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
